Integrative Healing
Healing can be hard. It can be arduous and complicated. It is usually not linear, and it can be intimidating.
Sometimes, it can feel impossible.
I believe the most powerful healing force exists within you, and my role is to help you access and strengthen it. Together, we can explore meaningful changes that support your goals, help you better understand and meet your emotional needs, and move toward greater emotional wellness, balance, and peace.

Treatment Approach
I provide virtual (telehealth) individualized, tailored treatment to meet the presenting needs of clients after conducting a thorough bio-psycho-social assessment to determine which interventions are indicated and appropriate. My concentration in graduate school was marriage and family therapy, and I am very much rooted in Systems approaches and interventions as a result of this foundational training.
Throughout my career, I have sought additional opportunities to further develop my skills in assessing and treating trauma, and have found this work to be transformative for my clients and incredibly gratifying and humbling for me. Whether the deeper work is needed, or short-term, more solution-focused treatment is desired, I find it to be a profound privilege to walk alongside those on a path of becoming healed, emotionally healthy versions of themselves.
